Digital Products (Ebooks)

All ebook sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have requested immediate access to the digital content and that you understand and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Swiss law.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, please contact me at [your email address] and I will make sure you receive access to your purchase.

Physical Products (Hardcover)

All hardcover sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it at [your email address] with a description and a photograph of the damage. I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Coaching and Programs

All sales of online programs and coaching packages are final. If you have a question or concern about your purchase, please reach out directly and I will do my best to find a solution.
